Rotted at home today. Went through NTUC website today. Stupidly completed an application form and submit ~ What is it ? NTUC membership card... Monthly subscription: $9 ... (( http://www.ntuc.org.sg/ )) Argh ~ It gonna burn my pocket real soon =X Printed several application forms to fill up and mail. I think it is time for me to start saving money =)) NTUC Thrift account : 2% interest rate Per Annual , miniumum of $20 and maximum of $1000 deposit per month (( http://www.ntucthrift.com.sg/ )). Sounds cool right? But don't forget I have to pay $9 every month because you need to be a member of NTUC in order to have NTUC Thrift account. Well..Will be getting NTUC Plus debit card (( http://www.ntucplus.com.sg/ )) and maybe as well as Fairprice Plus Saving Account And enhanced ATM Card ( Debit Card ) (( http://www.fairpriceplus.com.sg/ )). For Fairprice Plus account : 1% interest rate per Annual, no opening deposit or minimum balance required, no monthly subscription fee or annual fee. This is cool ! It is more than POSB/UOB interest rate which is at roughly 0.25% interest rate per annual. So what are you waiting for ? =X Conclusion: I will suggest you guys to get Fairprice plus account which is more worth it =)) Unless you have like S$10k ++ to deposit, I would suggest you getting NTUC thrift account =)) By saying that, it doesn't mean I have that much =( But I did the calculation already. Anyway, I have submitted my application form for NTUC membership card; meaning NO RETURN already, so I might as well get NTUC thrift account =)) . Wow! Quite a detailed post =X Oh ya!
FairPrice Plus Credit or Debit Card:
-Every S$1 spend = 2 LinkPoints ( with min. spending of S$20 ) at all FairPrice Stores with Fairprice Plus Visa Card ;
-Every S$2 spend = 1 linkpoint ( for VISA transactions - Signature based ) at any VISA accepting merchant with Fairprice Plus Visa Card.
NTUC Plus Credit or Debit Card :
-A NTUC membership card;
-An OCBC Privileges/LinkPoints Loyalty card;
-A card with ez-link purse (( Meaning you can use it as ez-link card ));
-A VISA/NETS payment card;
-An ATM card linked to a free NTUC-OCBC Starter Account which is a deposit account that does not require a minimum balance and no monthly fee.

Meet up with darling in the afternoon. She accompanied me to make a spec. Ya no doubts! A SPECTACLE =X I still remember I used to boast around saying I have perfect EYESIGHT etc...And now this is the retribution I received =X Ok la.. Not really very "shen". It is just 50 degrees for left eye and 25 degree for right eye =.= And it costed $210 in total ~ New fashion de spec - Will get it by this coming Saturday =)) Think I will only use it during driving nia =P Watched movie " Semi-Pro " with darling =) To me, I will only rate it 3.5/5 stars because it is like retro movie. LOL! Comedy movie =)) Watch it yourself.
1st April, Tueday
Wake up early in the morning and accompany my parents to hospital for check-up. Thanks God that my Dad is in good condition =)) Was so sleepy but yet, I'm washing two cars !! It took me almost 3 hours for washing + vacuming etc... Hardworking ? Not at all =P
P/S: READ it only if you're interested in saving scheme or Debit Cards =P
